Re-valve
This is recommended for the rider who is looking for the complete "Factory" suspension setup. This service includes all the work included in a rebuild along with modifying the internal damping circuits to suit the individual riders weight, ability, riding style and type of terrain. Factory Edge Suspension Re-valves are not the same cookie cutter out of the box setups that other companies use. Our approach to suspension tuning is to utilize existing components and modify them to work in real world applications. If Some reason you are not satisfied with your settings we will work with you till its right at no additional charge.

Rebuild
Preventative Maintenance is the best way to ensure that your getting the most out of your suspension and not causing any excessive wear to critical components. Depending on your riding ability, style, and terrain we recommend that you have your suspension rebuilt every 20-40 hours.

Fork Rebuild - includes disassembly, complete cleaning, polish fork tubes, inspect, measure service limits of parts, bleed with new fluid and set oil level in forks. Worn parts are replaced, fatigued valving is replaced in stock configurations.

Shock Rebuild - includes disassembly, complete cleaning, polish shock shaft, inspect, measure service limits of parts, bleed with new suspension fluid and set nitrogen pressure. Warn parts are replaced, fatigued valving is replaced in stock configurations.
