well everyone this is my first race down here on the face of the sun aka pearland TX. there was no one there within my age group so i raced 27-36 novice, 2nd in my first moto, i would have taken 1st but i didnt realize he was so close behind me. 3 in the second moto cause i slipped a pedal in the second straight away and 2nd in the main, i passed second place guy on the last straight away (i was pumping HARD through the rollers in the third straight away and it payed off). after the first moto i threw up and passed out because of the heat, definatly not used to the heat!

well its two days before the Texas State Qualifier, and seeing as the rain has kept me from racing this past month im most certainly off of my game. Im not ashamed to say that im a little nervous. this heat down here it makes it harder, certainly harder and frankly i havent seen the track yet. the drive by view is just a huge berm, oh man is this exciting there wasnt much competetion up in new hampshire and what little competition there was i blew away i can only imagine that theres at least twice as much competition in my age group and class (i competed against one other person, my best friend, in new hampshire) at least i hope so. anyhow ive gotta get ready for some interviews and ill be posting results sunday night and hopefully pictures! and when that happens remember im in the brown shirt, blue helmet, blue PK Ripper and jeans!

Hey just wanted to thank everyone here at sponsorhouse! i just picked up my first sponsor and im super stoked about it! and another thanks to Blur Optics for hooking me up with a sponsorship!!! This is huge man, you never realize how something simple as a first sponsorship can have such a profound impact on ones mindset! things here in texas are pretty rough for me at the moment and this sponsorship just let a small ray of hope shine through the black sky of uncertainty! Thanks again and everyone who reads this all i ask is you take a few minutes out of your life to check out WWW.bluroptics.com their goggles are super sleek as well as their sunglasses and their shirts would make you look good no matter how much mud your covered in!!! thanks a million guys! you cant imagine the impact!

Hey, First blog update. i just moved half-way accross the country. Came from my home state of New Hampshire (Rye Airfield being my home track{NBL}) and now im in Pasadena, TX (Pearland Speedway being my new track{ABA}). I must say the differences are paramount. people down here are alot more competitive (which i love) not to mention the heat and humidity. I do feel a bit like a fish out of water though im sure once the rain stops and the track opens things will start looking up for me.  Im excited for a race with a full gate, back in New Hampshire every race it was just my best friend Ryan and I (i only lost twice in 4 months...) so i have a great feeling that im going to lose and consequently progress rapidly in skill and aptitude.  Though losing is FAR from acceptable to me the learning experience is somthing that ill be grateful for. Lastly if there is anyone from the area that im in drop me a line on here and maybe you can show me around!

im sure there will be a new update soon and until then- Nameste
