Overview

How I got started

I wanted to start riding because I loved watching motocross and supercross on TV. I got my first bike, a DS80, at 9. I started to get into racing at 12. I was racing in the 12-13 85cc class on a 2002 cr85. I had a rocky start but started to catch up with the more experienced racers. When I was thirteen I got my first second place trophy. Then I moved in to the 14-15 85cc class and 12-15 supermini 85cc class. I started to run 2nd and 3rd and at times get 1st. I than moved onto the big bikes and joined the 125 C class and the Schoolboy Class I was running top fives in 125 C and usually 1st in Schoolboy. I got bumped up to the 125 B class this year because I obtained a lot of points in the 125 C class. I am doing pretty well for my first year in the 125 B class and am running the District 6 Ultimate Points Series.

Goals for the Future

The 2006 season went fairly good. I had done very well in the 125cc C class and the schoolboy class but got hurt at the end of the season. I broke my clavicle which caused me to miss the last couple of races of the season. I am now in the 125 B class for the 2007 season and am hoping by the 2009 season I will be an expert.

What inspires you to compete?

What inspires me to compete is my love for the sport. I always loved to ride my dirt bike and watch supercross and motocross on TV. I love the sound of the engines revving before the gate drops. My favorite part is the race to the first corner.
