Overview

How I got started

My dad, Chip Solley, raced professional drag racing in the Pro Stock bike class. He won a couple world titles and also a few national titles. He got me a bike when I was 2 years old for Christmas, and I loved it from the very beginning.

Goals for the Future

This year I'm staying at the Millsaps Training Facility in Cairo, GA to train and ride with the best riders.  I am going to race the amateur races again in the 2008 season in the A and Pro Sport classes

Bio

What inspires you to compete?

Just the fact that I want to win. I won my first ever race I entered, and it's the best feeling I've ever had.  I want to be one of the best riders, and I can't get there without working hard and doing everything I can to win.

Do you train? What does your schedule look like?

I'm currently staying at MTF in Cairo, GA.  They have a great program and I know it's going to work to put me at the top of my game!

Why do you compete?

I`ve been around racing my entire life and have been riding at least a bicycle since before I could walk, and it`s what I love to do. I want to keep doing it for the rest of my life.

What do you want to be when you grow up?

I want to get a ride for the end of the 2008 season and the future professionally.  After my racing career is over I want to become a personal trainer for motocrossers.

Competitive Highlights

I`ve won many titles here in Florida, and also many Area and Regional qualifiers for Loretta Lynn`s. My luck really hasn`t come together at all of the big nationals due to crashes, bike problems, etc., but I almost always have the speed to run up front.  I'm hoping that staying at MTF this year will work the bugs out of my current program which will get me to the front and stay there the entire moto and get some titles.
