Some Personal Information About Me:
I am halfway through my 5th grade school year. I spend a lot of time reading. I love reading books aobut Zombies! Education is important to reach your goals. My school records are available at anytime. When I am not riding motocross, I am always available at the nearest pool, riding bmx, or running my grandfather`s steam engine train.
Describe your style...
My style is quickly developing and becoming more my own each time I go out. I have spent the last 4 years learning how to ride safely and understanding how my body position affects my riding. On the track, I prefer the inside line of a turn and whoops are by far my favorite obstacle. My focus on the gate is always the hole shot. I am consistent with holeshots. I`ve started learning how to shave time off my laps through perfecting my riding techniques. In the pits, I spend time with my family and any of my friends that stop by to say hi. If I have long waits between motos I like to play catch or hang out with my friends.
Do you train? What does your schedule look like?
Tuesday through Thursday are practice days. Friday is bike prep and Saturday and Sunday are reserved for racing. On Mondays I ride my bicycle at our local trail. I normally practice at the track I will be competing on that weekend. At the local tracks, I focus my attention on starts, setting up passes on various lines and improving my cornering speed.
Music?
I like all kinds of music. My Ipod is full of different songs from rock to rap.
Why do you compete?
This is my fifth year competing. I compete because I love the sport and the people that are a part of it. I already display more confidence in everything I do both on and off the track. I have made friends for life and continue to meet new people each time I go out. I have gained some great sponsors, which has given me an opportunity to demonstrate my loyalty to those who support me. Motocross is challenging and I feel a sense of accomplishment every time I do it.
