....I be up in the gym just working on my fitness!


I love that song...anyway, I've been hitting the gym trying to get strong before my 2007 YZ 250F gets here so that I will be ready to ride!  I've only been working out for about a week now but already it is helping to alleviate some of my back pain, which is really nice.  I'm hoping that the more prepared I am to get back on my bike, the easier it will be to get back to where I was before I got hurt!


I'll be sure to keep everyone updated on my progress!  Hopefully I will be able to start racing again in January (that is my goal)!  Woohoo!
