together tonight - Nothing like rebuilding your engine and finishing the day before your race!

Tearing down the Quad - getting it ready for the second half of the season.

*Update*

It will be two weeks on Wednesday and have lost 10 pounds! Added the meals from Medifast and it gave me more choices rather than drinking all of my meals. I lookl at food differently, it has really taught me to think about what I am putting in my mouth before I put in there. The hardest part is watching everyone eat around me and especially when my wife decides that it is a good idea to bake a cake.

The quick results, help you keep going.

I will post another update soon!

O.K. so I started a new diet plan to go with my strength training.

This is so extreme, but since I am in my off-season I figure it is the best time. I started the Medifast diet and I am in the liquid only phase on day 4.

Day 1 almost killed me

Day 2 -4 much easier!

I have done quite a bit of research on different diet plans and I know this is extreme, but for me it seems the best option. I will be adding small amounts of protein soon - can't wait!

The strangest thing about the shakes is that they do make you feel full. I think the hardest part is the psychological part of not eating.

Need support for my weight loss!

O.k. so now I am apparently in the business of fabricating custom light bars that me and my buddies need for our upcoming night race - the only catch is I don't get paid! HA HA!

I started out by making mine and saving myself big $$$ and besides they don't make JACK SQUAT for KTM Quad's and well now I have fab'd one for a Honda 450 and a Suzuki 450 and I have a Yamaha YZ450 and another Honda 450 in line.

I am posting pics and they will look Pratically PRO-fesional when they are all painted up! I actually do a lot fab work in my garage for myself on my off-road car and of course when I have a stock-car in the garage, so it is all good.

YOU DO WHAT YOU CAN - POOR BOY RACING I GUESS! ***More pics coming soon***

This past Sunday - April 13th I really put my Sponsors products to the test.

It was about 98 degrees - so, Thank You Motor Tabs your product kept me going and hydrated - it worked just great!!

It was so nasty and dirty out - so, Thank You Utopia Optics my goggles didn't fog up, the sweat stayed out  of my eyes and the tear offs came off 1 at a time!!

With this heat and dirt my bike held up fine - so, Thank you Panolin, you have great products from your oil and lube to your cleaner - just wonderful!!

I look forward to utilizing my new sponsors also:

Osiris Shoes, Moto X Support, Engine Ice and Odi Grips

*I highly recomend these top companies - excellent products and support.
