Q&A - Personal

What inspires you to compete?

The thrill of competition, the charge of pushing myself and the challenge of finishing a race

Why do you like this sport?

Tradition - I was raised in this sport. My Dad raced Motorcycles in AMA D38 in the 70's and I grew up watching him race all the time.

Describe your style...

Smooth, fast and highly competitive.

Some Personal Information About Me:

I have over 23 years of racing experience. I started racing Stock Cars on the Dirt Track when I was 15. I started racing Off-Road Cars in the Desert at age 16. I definetely HAVE to be racing something and usually more than one thing at a time.

A little more about myself

I do all of the work on my own quads and help to maintain two others.

I have been building my mechanic/tech knowledge since I was old enough to follow my dad into the garage. I taught myself to weld, utilitze a tubing bender, and general fabrication out of neccessity.

I like to take what seems to be a complex problem and turn it into a simpler solution that WILL WORK.

Without the continued support of my family throughout the years, I could not have been racing for so long. I recognize that it takes a lot of time and dedication, not only for the athlete, but for the entire family and friends of the athlete who help to make each race possibleThank you to all my family and friends!

I am First-Aid trained and will not hesitate to help a fellow racer.

My goal this season is to win the #1 Plate for the second consecutive year.
