What inspires you to compete?
The main thing that inspires me to compete would have to be the pros. After watching the videos and interviews of my favorite riders, it makes me that much more stoked to get out and ride! It's so much fun going out to the races with your buds and having a blast, podium or not.
Why do you compete?
I compete to hopefully push my limits, and reach my goals while having fun doing that. It's always very exciting before your race run and especially down the course. I love it!
Music?
Anything from classic rock to music in biking videos. I also like music that gets me pumped to go rip up the local trails.
Why do you like this sport?
I love mountain biking just because of how enjoyable it can be (especially with friends). There's just that energy rush before you hit that new jump or seeing how fast you can take that berm. There's so many aspects that are too fun about biking and I hope to progress in this sport every day.
Describe your style...
My style...well I do a lot of downhill/freeride biking mainly because that's the kind of trails we have here in Santa Cruz. So I guess you could say my style is more on the racer side...(flowy, fast, whips, tables, etc.)
