Bio

What inspires you to compete?

I have always been involved in completion one way or another. I think that it`s the preparation and anticipation that drives me to compete in any sport. I get an adrenaline rush when I`m at the starting line waiting for that green light or the gate to drop. The satisfaction of accomplishment when I finish something that I started (ATV racing) It does not come overnight it takes time to prefect.

Some Personal Information About Me:

I love the outdoors, spending time with my friends and family (mom, dad, sister, brother and girlfriend) and working on anything mechanical.

Describe your style...

When I start a race I keep a steady but fast pace through out the duration of the race this is reflected in my lap times. Most of the time I get passed in the first half hour of the race but after that I start caching up and my two hour mark I`m in the top three places. My edge is counting my own endurance conserving energy until the last twenty percent of the race when I can explode to the front when my competition is tired.

Do you train? What does your schedule look like?

I work my day job (Computer Network Technician) Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. In the mornings before work I run three miles or thirty minutes of cardiovascular exercise. After work I waight train on a viggurs allaround body program that is working out well after two years. With this in place I`m also on a high protein redused fat diet.

Why do you compete?

The satisfaction that I`m keeping myself sharp, focused and physically fit on the track and off. When I compete there is a lot of preparation and time invested to give me that completive edge. This completive edge inspires me in everything that I do whether it`s at work or on the track. That is why I compete in ATV desert racing I?m in for the long hall
