Q&A - Competition

How did you get started?

Friends talked me into going for a mountain bike ride in Ft. Sill OK. I was riding a dept. store special, but yet I still fell in love. I never rode that bike again, I bought a real bike as soon as I got back home.

List your competitive highlights:

Every time I compete it feels like a highlight to me.

What are you planning for next season?

I want to try my hand at a few Xterra triathlons, and possibly start racing some off road duathlons. A 1/2 Ironman would be nice, but we'll see.

What has been your biggest accomplishment?

5th place overall in the 2007 Texas state mountain bike championship, Single Speed class
