expand my riding skills

I was sitting back thinking of everything I need to start doing to get ready for this year ,, not long now before it all starts up again. Thinking back over last year and how things turned out for me . I have to say all in all I think I had a really good year .I finished 4th in both the Pro and Pro-Am Production classes in the GNC Nationals, I finished 1st in all 3 of the Pro classes for the Southern ATV Series, at the GNC National Banquet I was voted most improved Pro rider of the year and at the Southern ATV Banquet I was voted rider of the year.. I can only hope this year will turn out to be as good .. I had alot of help last year from some good sponsors and will be starting this year off with some really good sponsors also.. I would like to say Thank you to everyone would helped me. I sure could not of done it without you..

With 2 GNC Nationals and 3 Southern Nationals left to go I feel pretty good about the year so far with the exception of the DuQuoin race , I made a bad tire choice for the frist heat and got pushed to the outside on the start which just made things worse - then the rain set in . Unfortunately the race was called by the heats so my overall finish was bad which has me in the long run . I thnk that was a leason learned.

I have had some great sponsors step up to help me this year , without them none of it would have been possible . I started the year off by training in my spare time doing some MX riding which I believe has helped me tremendously , Right now I'm 5th in points in the Pro class and 4th in the Pro -Am Production class in the GNC Nationals , as well as !st in all three Pro-Am classes I run in the Southern ATVA Nationals .

I feel I have made a good start this year but know I can do better , I try to ride each race better than the last and learn from my mistakes I make . I feel doing this can only make me a better rider . I am loking forward to next year knowing I will be starting the year off with alot of new friends , sponsors and everything I have learned from this year . My goal is to win a GNC National Championship - and with the help of my family , friends , and sponsors I'm confident that is one dream that will come true.

Racing is the bigget enjoyment in my life , I would have to say fishing and hunting come next . I believe racing is what has kept me on the right track growing up and has made me the person I am today.

This year is about to come to an end. I look forward to carring the momentum from the 2007 season into 2008 and beyond. This has been a break out year for me and the team that supports me, and with hard work and the support of my sponsors I feel confident that we will continue to be one of the most competitive teams in Extreme Dirt Track in 2008. Another key focus for me personally is expanding my exposure, and that of my sponsors on and off the track . Very soon we will be debuting my website,as well as promotional materials (autograph photos, ect.) for display and distribution at the track . I believe we are the top privateer team in the sport today , and I want to use the website and track material as a way  to raise awareness of the sponsors that are making this possible for us ."

The Southern ATVA series started this week end with the 1st of 16 rounds this year..Thanks to some good sponsor's   I''m starting out the season with a bike I fell is 100% .. I feel tonight showed that with 3 classes and 3 win's..

Just want to say Thank You again to everyone who has helped me..

I could not do it without you.

My name is Chuckie Creech.I am 22 years old and work full time as a certified tig welder with Ossid Corporation. I started racing at Triple C Raceway in Elm City N.C. six years ago. In 2002, I moved up to run the Southern ATVA Nationals in the Pro and Pro-Am classes where I earned my first number one plate for my Pro-Am class and 2nd place in the Pro. I have been racing Pro Am since 2003 because the Southern ATVA dropped the Pro class. In 2005 i ran a couple of the GNC EDT Nationals to get a feel for what they were all about and learned fast just what i wanted to do. In 2006 I set out to run all the GNC EDT Nationals and get the best finishes possible. The season was off to a good start, I was in the top 10, My bike was just were i wanted it to be after two years of trying to get it there. when half way in the season my bike was stolen. With the help of some good friends and Venom Powersports who sent me a bike to ride I was able to finish out the season. I now have a 2007 Honda TRX 450r and look forward to 2007 being a much better year
