Lawrenceburg, Indiana

My dad and I traveled to Lawrenceburg, Indiana on Friday, August 24th, 2007. It was very hot, around 95 degrees. As soon as we got there, I walked around to find my racing friend, Cody Chisham but he was not there.  In practice, I realized I had barely any brakes on my 85 cc. My dad worked on them and made them a little better, they still need some work done on them.

During the heat races, I got 1st on my 65 cc and 6th on my 85 cc. In the final, I got an awesome start on my 65 cc and ended placing 1st. On my 85cc, I got a bad start. I ended up placing 5th as I got a little faster as the day went on.

As soon as our finals were over, Jeffery Lowery and I made paper airplanes and continues to watch the rest of the races.

My racing friend, Jim Beck took a hard crash during his finals. He was ok, just a little sore.
