Lancaster, Ohio

On Saturday, my mom, dad, and I headed to Lancaster, Ohio to race with the AHRMA racers. I raced both the 65 cc and the 80 cc classes. In the heat on my 65 cc, I got 1st and ended up first in the main. During my 80 cc heat, I was on the starting line beside Tyler Butts when he and I got together and I went down, busting my lip. They red flagged the race and I had to start on the penalty line. I ended up fourth in the heat and third in the main out of five riders.

 

This was my first time at the Lancaster track. It was very hot; the track crew did a very good job keeping the track watered.

 

Robert Litten crashed hard coming out of turn four. My family and I are hoping for a full and speedy recovery.
