How I got started

My first race was a Shimano Kids race on a WalMart bike at the NORBA Nationals at Mount Snow when I was 9. I finished second.

Future Goals

I want to compete on the entire NORBA circuit . podeaming every race. then become pro.

What inspires you to compete?

seeing other riders improve and come in good places at big races makes me want to do the same.

Why do you compete?

I compete because I want to have fun and get better. i like the experience and to go places and meet people.

What do you want to be when you grow up?

when i grow up i want to be a pro rider. i hope to go from race to race with the team.

Schools Attended

i attendend three schools in vermont and one in new york.

Employment / Experience Summary

right when i turned fourteen i got a job at a beach club doing landscaping and painting.

 

Chris's Highlights

 

Ranked fourth nationally out of 130 riders in 2006 for mens' beginner downhill by USA Cycling - all ages.

First place - 14 and under downhill at NORBA - Mount Snow, 2006.

Third place overall at Plattekill Mountain Downhill  Series - Junior Beginner - 18 and under.

A third place finish in the 12 and under downhill at NORBA - Mount Snow in 2004.

 A second in a plattekill 18 and under race out of 30 - 2006.
