Q&A - Personal
What inspires you to compete?
It's a huge rush when your actually racing, as to just practicing. I also like to see where I stand compared to other riders. I guess I just like to race.
What has been your most embarrassing moment?
The only thing that I can really think of is at the Baja Brawl a few years ago. I fell in the section through the trees, just kind of slid out. The bike landed on my leg and i was stuck until everyone passed me and the flaggers picked it up off of me.
Describe your style...
I'v been told that I have a very smooth and fluent style. I land everything perfectly, and I'm not all over the track.
Music?
Music is a big part in my life. I'm basicaly all about rock. I actually play guitar and have been told that I'm really good. A few of my favorite bands are The Offspring, Metallica, and A Day to Remember.
Do you like to travel? What's your best (clean) road trip story?
Oh yeah I like riding places I'v never been. We stopped at a gas station in the bathroom this guy was on the toilet, and the door didn't have a lock on it so he was holding it shut. I pulled a little and he said somthing so i was like oh sorry. As I walked out of the bathroom one of my buddies walked in, I was like that toilet door pulls hard so give it a good yank. He ripped that thing open and this guy on the toilet was so pissed haha.
