I just recently started using the Model D when I joined my college crew team a few weeks back to get in some MX cross-training, and I have to say, I can't believe what a good workout it is! My endurance has already grow dramatically.
As of right now I have my best 500m at 1:29.1, so who knows, maybe this thing can help me make it to LL's and have me being a contender in your rowing competition next year.
