CAST IS OFF!!
Well I got my cast off Jan. 30! I`m taking it easy right now and just started practicing in a field last weekend. Getting back on the bike felt great!!! Hopefully this weekend I will be going to practice at a track again and get back into the swing of riding, its been awhile. I have been strengthening my arm and getting the rest of my body in shape as well!! I`m excited to be back!!
