How I got started

At the age of 10 I began having an interest in dirtbikes thanks to the Disney movie, Motocrossed. My cousin then bought me my first bike, an XR70, which I had fun playing around with in fields. I moved up to an XR100 and began riding at some local motocross tracks. After having it for three months, we realized I needed to move up to a race bike, I then got a CR85. Later on I switched to Suzuki and I now ride an RM85 which I enjoy! I am very thankful for the support of my uncle Brad and aunt Vicki Wertman, as well as the Woods for sharing their knowledge, and also my parents and sister who are trying their hardest for me to continue riding. It has become a fun and relaxing time with my family and friends.

Goals for the Future

I want to proceed in learning proper riding techniques to keep me safe as well as improving myself on the track. I want to compete in as many races as I can.

Some Personal Information About Me:

I am a very friendly and outgoing person, I believe in honesty and to be yourself! My family is very special to me and we always enjoy being together. I love joking around and hanging out with my friends. In school I participated in sports, track being my best and now I'm playing tennis! I am in PreAP classes and dedicated to do the best I can. I also love art, I have won some awards and hope to continue.

Music?

I listen to all types of music, from classic rock to hard rock, as well as punk. I listen to the little rap worth listening to and enjoy dancing with my friends along to hip-hop, oldies and swing. I`m always up for something different!!

What do you want to be when you grow up?

I`m thinking maybe a dentist, at this age I`m still undecided. I will continue pursuing motocross to the furthest that I can reach. I want to live life to its fullest!

I have just begun racing this summer. Even with all the nervous times, I`ve really enjoyed it!
Taking 1st overall in the ladies` class for the 290 summer series.
