Overview

How I got started

I`ve been competing in sports since I was young. I was a Nationally Ranked Extreme skier and recently switched my focus to MX. I started racing MX last season and took 1st place in the NorthWest Motorcycle Association(NMA) Offroad Series Open C Class (WR250F).
In the 2004 NMA Offroad Season I took 2nd Place Overall in the Open B Class (YZ250F).  I`m completely hooked on this sport.

I am currently riding a Honda CRF450R and qualifing for WORCS Pro2 class at most events that I attend.  I Have been competing for six years now and look forward to many more.  I really can't  get enough of the race day experience and would appreciate any help to  off set the cost of my racing program.

Goals for the Future

Win another series championship.

Have fun and learn to be a better rider. Help companys promote their products.

Attend all National WORCS Series Races for 2009.

Qualify for Loretta  Lynn's

Continue to build the WoodChuck Racing team with the help of any interested companies. I have a couple of young riders interested in being on the team.

Bio

What inspires you to compete?

The chance to challenge myself and see how well I can adapt to different situations.

Why do you like this sport?

This sport demands total focus and determination. Anything short of that will cause pain. The feeling of railing a good turn, followed by a long double jump. The friendships that I`ve developed.

Some Personal Information About Me:

I would have to say that I`m a happy person who is very motivated and determined to achieve a high standard of life. I go after my goals with uncompromising passion and a willingness to roll with the punches. I love to have fun and truly enjoy all the adventures that come my way.

Do you train? What does your schedule look like?

I ride two or three times a week, spin class twice a week, lift weights twice a week, Practice Hot yoga three times a week.  My training is very important to my endurance and strength on race day.
