Some Personal Information About Me:
For those of you who don't know me, I am a 31-year-old female, who was born and lived the first 26 years of my life in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. Up until the end of high school, I very actively participated in baton twirling, competing at the local, Provincial and National levels as well as coaching beginner athletes for 4 years. I also participated in BMX racing, attending local races once or twice a week, completed the Ontario plate series races and attended enough U.S. NBL national races to get a U.S. number up until I was in my second year of university. In 1996 I was a recipient of the NBL’s Bob Warnicke Memorial Scholarship. In 2001, I graduated from university with an honors bachelor of accounting degree, and in 2003 I earned my professional designation as a Chartered Accountant. I am currently working as a manager at a mid-sized accounting firm in Toronto. In November of 2008 I started BMX racing again and I am looking forward to the spring and racing on the outdoor tracks in Ontario.
