How I got started

My racing background started Feb 15,1998.In Port Orchard,a bmx race.I took first place,in the 8 year old beg.Class,from there,another 4 years of bmx racing,several first, and second places.My first national I took third place.Mostly local bmx races,and the national event`s that came to our area.We moved to Texas,and i was amazed at the talent level of the younger riders. I`m working hard to become a force in this area. I`m on a training program,with my father,who has always been a health nut. We work out two day`s a week,and practice on the weekends. I have not raced alot on big bikes but im going to.

Goals for the Future

Well, my education is the most important, im doing very good in school, and keeping healthy. For my goal`s in motorcross, im going to keep training, and racing. TNT Outpost, is very committed, and helping me develope into a very good, and educated rider. Im going to compete in a lot of events, including the GNC we might race the spring classic to but last year i had to race in the mud. I had 3rd to last gate pick and 3rd moto on sunday. It rained like 4 inces. ya it sucked, but i had fun. Our real goal is to race at Loretta Lynns, and compete but most of all right now, Im going to have fun, and enjoy the ride!

Hello,My name is Chris Johnson.Iv;e been on two wheel`s since i was 1 year old.My father,and i have been involved in the sport of bmx for 4 years,since I was 8 years old,in which my first race,I took first place.Im from Washington state,and moved to texas,in 2001.There was a very large motorcross circut here,so my dad and i decided to give it a try.We bought a Honda CR 80,and started to practice.We found a local training track in Sanger TX.,the name is TNT Outpost Racing,owned by Mike Groves.Who now sponsers me,and has made me there premer 85 rider.Iv`e been training there since March 2002.Iv`e also switched from Honda to Yamaha,a YZ 85.Iv`e also changed my number to # 21,my birthday.Then from that i have got a RM85 and changed my number form 21 to 221. that was because there is so many people with the number 21.But i have sadly over grown that and I`m about to get a Yamaha YZ125 and I`m going to prictuis on that for about a year till i start racing again.

I have been in the sport of motocross for three years and i love it. I moved up from 80s and have just started racing one two fives. My first race went good i got 4th out of about nine or ten. i had fun and im about to race the Procircut Series and hope to good in that.
