What inspires you to compete?
I get to meet other skaters. I have fun and learn new tricks. I have a chance at being seen and maybe get the opportunity of getting sponsored.
Describe your style...
I skate goofy-footed. I skate pretty fast when I do my tricks so I wear a helmet, wrist guards, elbow pads, and knee pads. Having taken a few hard falls I learned a hard lesson...pad up!!
Do you like to travel? What's your best (clean) road trip story?
I love to travel to different skateparks. My best trip was last year when I got to stay in a suite in Lawrence, Ks. The next day I competed in a comp and won a complete skateboard when I took first in advanced beginners. It was awesome!!!
Some Personal Information About Me:
I am currently involved with the robotics program at my school. We competed with other schools in Wichita at the university, WSU. I was also a representative of the Mad Scientists program as well.I have been taking a few gifted classes this year called Resource. My gpa is 3.75 and I have perfect attendance this semester. School is as important to me as my skateboarding.
