	Hi there. 5* for you. Stay away from energy drinks. There is too much sugar and caffeine for you. What I do is eat a plate of spaghetti the night before, a light breakfast and a powerbar about an hour before the comp. Energy drinks will just make you feel worse when the sugar starts wearing off in the middle of your comp. Good luck!!!
