Overview

How I got started

I have always rode something motorized since the age of 3- Quads, dirtbikes, anything. I use to bug my parents to just go look at all the motorcycles/dirtbikes in the stores. I was encouraged to ride by my father who signed me up for dirtbike lessons, my instructor encouraged racing competitivley. I have been racing ever since.

Goals for the Future

Next season I plan to continue racing and imporving my skills, gaining the expeience needed to compete and place in the top 5 Expert class. I would like to be able to place in the top 3 by the end of next season. More importantly I would like to continue to gain the experience and be a positive role model for all the younger riders.

Bio

What has been your most embarrassing moment?

My most embarrassing moment was when I was camping in Lake George, NY and the whole day I was doing front flips off of a 35ft. cliff, then towards the end of the day my friends and I decided it would be cool to run straight off of the lower cliff and and huck a backflip. There were a lot of hot girls there, so I decided if I was going do it it would be for the girls. I of course tried it and landed flat on my back off a 10ft. cliff I broke blood vessels and it stung for about 3 hours.

Why do you like this sport?

I like this sport because it is so competitive and I love going fast doing the jumps. I enjoy the rush. I also like the fact that it is all me and not a team sport. My goal is always to be 1st or in the top 5, it doesn`t always happen. I have learned to win and lose with dignity.

Describe your style...

I am focused at all times even those times when the gate didn`t drop/or the bike didn`t start> I stay focused and determined to catch up and pass some riders.

Music?

The type of music I like is mainly rock, Audioslave or Hot Action Cop. I have been listening to some classic rock lately, like Zepplin, Hendrix and Aerosmith.

Why do you compete?

I compete because you are always on the go and I like the rush. I really like pushing myself to place in the race and building my skills. I was never one for the traditional sports like baseball and soccer I found them pretty boring. I love riding, the jumps and the competitivness.

Competitive Highlights

For 2006 I just learned that for the 250 B class district 34 I have clinched the championship!!! For the 125 B class I took 2nd!  Yea good season.   I have sinced moved up to expert and am continually working hard to place

One race at Southwoods, my 1st moto I placed 1st ~ the 2nd moto my bike wouldn`t start, they held the race up for as long as they could but eventually they all started without me. I finally got it going and ended up finishing 9th. They all had about 40 second lead on me but I was determined to catch up to some of the riders. I placed 6th overall. After the race so many people congratulated me on coming back the way I did.
