I get my cast off Friday January 12.  I have two weeks to get ready for my first race January 21.  This will ba a desert race with USDR in Ridgecrest.  I've had a cold the last few weeks and this has interupted my training so odds are I won't be 100%  on the 21st but I'll do my best and build from there.  January 28th is my first AMA National Hare and Hound in Lucerne CA.  I'll just build on each week and get stroger as time goes on.  This is going to be a better year than 06.  Wish me luck!
