What inspires you to compete?
I just like to have fun! If I am having fun I am inspired! My sister almost died in a car accident Christmas 2004, so seeing her run and live makes me go even harder!
Why do you like this sport?
I love the "3 in one" that triathlon consists of! It's difficult to get bored when you have 3 sports to play with.

I'm a mom! I love being a mom... I enjoy watching my son (Kainoa) grow...he reminds me to keep life simple and let the kid in me live! I also LOVE to cook!
Do you like to travel? What's your best (clean) road trip story?
I LOVE traveling... My BEST (clean) road trip story is getting pregnant at the Best of US Triathlon 2005! It was also our honeymoon... that's my (clean)story that was maybe a "bit dirty" ha ha ha
