Well when you need a chain for friday and it's wednesday I'd call them. Pretty shure the support managers are jason and TJ but they're great guys and were honest about going gold or non-gold and made shure I got the right stuff in time even after my part number was screwed up and there was the wrong credit card number. I love the chain too, don't have to go through a lot of new chain streching like others and deffinetely holds lube better than my oem o-ring chain. |
