www.bobbythompson.co.uk give me some feed back let me know what you think. i have not been on here for a bit . this year has not gone to well i have had 2 bid accidents crash 1 i broke both bones in my arm and 2 ribs it was like something out of a movie i won the race and then this dim wit crashed into me and then 3 days in hospital ...12 weeks later in my 3rd meeting back another big crash actualy split my crash helmet and broke 1 rib ...2010 has got to be better...just signed for a new team vital motorsport people are saying i should win the british championships next year( 2010) lets hope so...roll on xmas

the last two race meetings have been wet (verry wet more suited to fish or ducks) but i
always seem to do well in the rain.
last week at Kimbolton i finished 2nd in heat 1, 4th in heat 2,
last in heat 3 (some twat took me out) this put me 10th on the grid for the final arfter a
good aggresive drive i got up to 2nd place, 1 or 2 more laps i would have caught the
leader
oh well thats racing


this weekend at buckmore park we had a bit of a disaster
heat 1 i dropped a chain dnf
heat 2 got knocked of at turn1 time i got going i was half a lap down,still set the
quickest lap though
heat 3 started last on the grid(32 racing)raced one of the hardest and most determind
races this year and arfter 12 laps pulled through to 12th.
so the final race i started 12th and arfter 15 fast laps i came over the line in 2nd place
oh well another trophy for mum to clean

arfter a good days testing on sataday (we were about 4th quickest) sunday just turned into a nightmare.
finished 17th in the first heat
9th in the second heat
6th in the 3rd heat
8th in the final
oh well every dog has his day and theres always another day

satdays practice went verry well i was 5 tenths quicker than my competiters

sunday quilified in second place as i got hung up with a slower driver(oh well s*"* happens)

heat 1 i was on the dirty side of the trach and got a poor start and dropped down to 7th, but with alot of determination i charged back to 2nd place

heat 2 and i got a good stat , winning the race up to lap 9 when the 2nd place man makes a silly move around the outside and takes us both off the track , i got going again and raced my nuts of and finnished 3rd .

arfter a hearing from the officials the 2nd [place man that took me out wqs thrown out the results and moved me in to 2nd

main final , not a bad start to the race i wa sin 3rd place, kept my head down and got on with the job in hand and eventually taking the lead and winning another final

got pizza hut on way home

now getting ready for the London cup championships

friday was a wet day and we did some good testing.

satday was sunnyy ifirst race i started 28th on the grid and arfter a fast and hard race pulled my way up to 7th place

2nd race started 10th got up to 7th only to be docked 1 place for conntact( it was not my fault im telling ya)

3rd heat started 4th and finnished 6th (more contact but this time it was them hitting me

grand final started 18th and arfter a great drive(if i do say so myself)finished 12th



sunday

heat 1 finished 7th arfter starting in 20th place  

heat 2 fstarted in 10th and finished 9th

heat 3  started last on the grid 28th and finished a good race with a 11th place

the grand final started on 18th as we came into turn 1 some numskoll hit me from the rear and took me out .

finished the race with a bent axle in 27th place

oh well thats racing

its thursady and we are loading up the truck to go off to oxford to race in the last round of the british championships the weather is going to be sunny about 19 degrees

my confidance is massive arfter the good results last weekend
