, I had a great time . Hadn't been on a bike in 6 weeks . Pulled the Holeshot in both my 1st motos in 40plus and 45plus . Finished 3rd and 4th . Knee felt great .

Overall , I'd have to say I had a great year . My goal was to make it to Loretta Lynns and I achieved that goal . I had a great time at all the area qualifers . I won a few motos against some great competition . I feel like I never got a chance to really race at Lorettas. In the first moto it was a mudbath . ( I'll have to get better starts ) In the second moto I crashed in the first turn and injured my ribs and my shoulder . I now know what I need to do in 2009 . I'll be ready for my best year ever !!

3-16-08  Lots of rain on Saturday, but the track really came together on Sunday . I went 3-2 2nd overall in the senior 45 plus . I'll be taking the next 2 weeks off to let my back heal .

3-9-08  The track was in great shape on Sunday . Jonathan Beasley knows how to prep a track after all that rain on Saturday . I went 5-4 5th overall despite my sore back . That cortizone shot really helped . I'll be going to the Regionals at Steel City .

2-24-08  The track was real muddy on Sunday after all the rain on Saturday . I overjumped a 90 foot tabletop and flat landed . ( ouch !!)  I toughed it out and finished 8th in the 40 plus A and  5th in the 40 plus . 

Hello people . After taking a month off  to spend with my family , it was time to get back to racing . I entered 2 classes at the VMP Pro Am event . I was a little rusty in the first 35 plus moto . I ran 2nd for over half the race , but faded and finished 5th . In the second moto I stalled in the first corner , and moved back up to 5th . In the 40 plus I went 1-1 for first . The following weekend at VSP Arenacross I went 2-2 on Friday , and went 1-1 on Saturday . I clinched the 30 plus A class championship . I'd like to thank all my sponsors and family for helping me accomplish this .

Heading in to the final months of racing season , this year has been great ! I'm currently leading the 30 plus Vet A Championsip at VirginiaSportsPark . I experienced some awesome racing at the Loretta Lynns Qualifiers , and got to race at Unadilla in the Northeast regional . Although I didn't make it to Lorettas , I feel the experience will help me for 2008 in the 45 plus class .  I plan to keep doing what I'm doing , and hopefully bring home my 5th championship in 4 years . 3-11-07   Budds Creek was in perfect condition for practice and I was looking foward to racing on the track . I entered in the 35 plus and finished 7th overall . I entered in the 40 plus and finished 6th overall . The competition was real fast . Now I know what to expect at the next round at Unadilla on June 1st and 2nd . I'll train accordingly .

At the conclusion of the VirginiaSportsPark Arena Cross series , it was confirmed that Bob Fauteux has joined the already succesful Red Dragon Team for the 2007 season . Details and more info can be found at www.burrito913.com . Looks like 2007 should be a fun year !!!
