Done?

I'm not exactly sure what's going to happen from here, racing-wise. My left collarbone and right shoulder are still hurting from an excessive amount of time after their injuries, in addition to joint pain in my knees, ankle, and wrist. I'm getting an appointment set up for a specialist to see what exactly is going on. So until then, at least, I'll still be out of racing. If for some reason I get lucky and they find what it is, and can be treated to a point where I can race with almost no pain if any, I'll get back into it. :) Cross your fingers !

It's not about wanting to win,
it's about refusing to lose.

How did you get started?

I went to watch my older brother race and it looked like a ton of fun. I asked my dad if I could race and the next season I started racing. Been hooked ever sense.

List your competitive highlights

State Champ 3 years. Making most of my mains(at nationals) and doing well against some pretty tough competition. My class has some pretty fast girls in it. Beating girls I never thought i'd even have a chance against. Pro Girl Challenge in Indiana, knowing I could've got a third at least (crashed in the first turn) and being up there in the gate and knowing how big of a race it is.. it's the most amazing feeling in the world.

What are you planning for next season?

actually being able to race. haha this year has been rough with the whole collarbone not healing.. so I havnt been able to get out on a track lately. So im planning on training more than ever to get back on my game, and try hard to get a nag number.

What has been your biggest accomplishment?

Getting better. I was always afraid that I'd platue and not get any faster, but the more nationals I do the faster I become.. and it's really exciting. Also, im SOOO proud of my first straight during the main in Minnesota national during the '06 season. It was amazing.
