Some Personal Information About Me:
I'm Jenny :] I'm 15 years old and I live in Grand Junction, Colorado. I BMX race. BMX is no longer just something to do for fun, it's a dedication. I'm a very random person. I'm usually loud and I love to have fun. I'm takenā„ :) I am sponsored by NO FEAR, Steel MX/SMX Optics and Bombshell. I race class and cruiser, both on Staats bikes. I race at Grand Valley BMX.
Why do you compete?
I compete because BMX racing is not just another sport to me, like volleyball or football. BMX is my passion. I love to be on my bike. BMX keeps me in shape and I meet many new people. Racing is so much different than any other sport out there. It's challenging and you have to push yourself to a whole nother level. And that's what I love about it.
What has been your most embarrassing moment?
Haa haa. Well my first time on clips I fell over in the gate and knocked my ex boyfriend over! Another time I put on my jersey backwards and took a lap around the track! It was hilarious!
What do you want to be when you grow up?
My dream is to travel around the country training BMXers. My goal is to become a proffessional racer and hopefully, one day, a trainer to many people around the country. I am not quite sure what I want my career to be when I grow up.
Describe your style...
My racing style is to just push myself. I believe a racer should go all out on each and every race and do their best. Winning does not matter when you're trying your best and having fun. The harder you push yourself the better you're going to get. :]
