I know I should stick to one thing and get it down before I move on to the next.  But that just is not my style!  Saturday, April 28th I will be attending my first harescrammble at Aztalan Cycle Club.  My goal is to finish.  I will be riding my YZ250F.  Wish me luck, I'll be needing it!!!!

Well, we went to our first MX race and I survived!!!  YAY!

I had so much fun and cannot wait for the next one.  My results were less than spectacular, but for my first time out I am darn proud of myself.  I made it through my second moto without crashing, so that was awesome.  It was a very cold day at Aztalan Cycle Club.  A high of 40 which gave us frozen mud rocks to negotiate.  I struggled a bit, but eventually felt ok.  Now I have to figure out how to clear a double.......: )

As most are enjoying an Easter brunch or other family gathering, I will be at my first MX Race! The season opener for Aztalan Cycle Club (Wisconsin) is Easter.  We are still working out some suspension bugs in the 250F so I am not expecting greatness.  My only hope is to finish the race in one piece! lol

One more exciting note is the fact that on Easter Sunday (April 8) my awesome guy and I will be getting married in between races.  We are both very excited.  Not only for the races but for the 'totally us' wedding.  Looking to be a bit cold out.  But the fun factor is going to be very high!!!
