Exciting news! I was just hired to be the cycling blogger for the Charity Mile website.

I’ll be blogging 2-3 times per week, usually on Tuesday and Thursday. I’ll mostly be blogging about charity biking events that benefit various non-profit organizations. But I’m also allowed to blog about general training and nutrition tips, while getting ready for your next charity biking event.

I’ll be posting up information on local and national charity biking events, as I find out about them. Road bike rides, mountain bike rides, etc…. If they benefit a charity organization I can blog about it. I’ll also be adding lots of information on charity biking events that I have participated in such as:

Multiple Sclerosis Society - MS150

American Diabetes Association - Tour de Cure

Leukemia & Lymphoma Society - various century rides throughout the United States.

I’ll also be blogging about the various methods I’ve used to help raise funds for non-profit organizations, as I train for their charity cycling events.
