What kind of quad are you racing this year?
It is a red kickstart 2005 TRX450R...
What is on your quad?
Well right now its half stock and half aftermarket. Later on towards October I have a friend thats an old Pro-Rider, and we are gonna start the rebuild to make it a mean mx quad.
How long have you been riding?
I'ver been riding for about 10 years now. I started off on a 110 three wheeler, then jumped up to a 350 twin banshee, then a 400 ex and now a 450R

How did you get started?
By watching my friends race at local tracks, and helping them in the pits.
What are you planning for next season?
To be in the top 5 for District22 for Quad C open. And not to have a serious crash!
What has been your biggest accomplishment?
Keeping up with Quad A riders on a local track... They was shocked that I kept up..

Why do you like this sport?
Because I am around most of my friends, and I get to meet new people. Also I have the chance to prove to myself that I can ride with the best riders out their.
Why do you compete?
I compete because I enoy the challenge of trying to get to that number one spot that everyone wants. It also helps me with my cardio for firefighting.
Music?
pretty much everything...
Do you train? What does your schedule look like?
Cardio work outs are on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings. I also lift weights during that time.
What do you want to be when you grow up?
Well right now I'm currently attending Kirkwood community college, in Cedar Rapids. And my main study is Fire Science, and Paramedic

Haha. thanks for the advice, but i wont be needing it. Ive never raced a four stroke, and i dont intend too. Besides, im currently building a 2 stroke that would blow any four stroke outta the water. so, sorry about that. |
