Overview

How I got started

I have wanted to race for about 5 years and my parents took me to a local track one day for fun. We found out it was an ABA sanctioned track and the following weekend my parents signed me up and got me an ABA membership.

Goals for the Future

Win, win, win!!!! I am planning on racing as often and as much as I can. I am planning on being District, State, National, and Redline Cup champion.

Bio

Describe your style...

I have style all my own. I haven`t been racing long enough to have what other racers call their style. I would say, my style is, very aggressive yet very clean. I think Sportmanship is a way of winning races.

Do you train? What does your schedule look like?

I don`t really have a training schedule but I ride my bike around the neighborhood with my friends every day. I am also going to be racing as many events as I can until the end of the season in our area and others if possible this year. To accomplish my goals for next year(being that I put them so high), I am going to start a training schedule with my parents by the end of this season which will include weight lifting, a stationary bike, and for fun we are building a skate park in my back yard.

Music?

I like all types of music including but not limited to: rock, alternative, country, rap, and pop. I like to listen to Kid Rock and Eminem before my races to get me pumped up, more so than I already am.

Why do you compete?

I have always been very competive in everything I do and BMX racing is a way for me to be competitve and trophies and ribbons to show for my accomplishments and hard work. I also have a very supportive family and friends who come to every race and cheer me on no matter how I do.

How's Life Treating You?

Life`s treating me good, I would say. I have extremely supportive parents and friends. I get to do alot of ABA BMX racing on the weekends and that`s great. I have started home schooling this year so that I can dedicate more time to my racing. And I spend all my free time with my friends riding our bikes, playing Playstation, and helping out my grandparents.

Competitive Highlights

I haven`t been racing all that long but my first race was with a group of boys two years older than me and I placed second in the main moto. The highlight of the race was me catching up to the leader by the third turn but I just couldn`t pass him by the end of the race. This past Saturday, Sept. 3, 2005, I won my first race.
