Overview

How I got started

I started riding BMX when i was about 5 years old at the local dirtjump park. I loved the community and ever since have been into riding on 2 wheels. A few years ago my friend saw my potential and hooked me up with his buddy mark weir. WTB got me set up on the right gear to travel to all the nationals. From this I have been able to build myself by meeting the right people in the industry.

Goals for the Future

This season will be a huge learning expirience because it will be my first year racing as a professional. I will be trying to do as many worldcups as I can. There are 2 north american worldcups so I will be going to all of those. Should make most of the euro world cups too. Domestically I will be racing sea otter classic and probably some of the mountain states cups.

Bio

What inspires you to compete?

I have always loved competition and since my first race i knew it was for me. It gives me something to strive for and teaches me to work hard to complete my goals. A person that spent alot of time helping me become a better person and rider passed away late 2005 and he definetely inspires me alot still.

Describe your style...

I have a bold powerful style on and off the track. My style is using my power to control the bike. I`m definetely a pinn`r too. In practice you may see my hit a corner to the point im on my Face but i always try to push it to the very limit. My attitude on the track is very outgoing and I am always joking around.

Do you train? What does your schedule look like?

I ride my bike almost everyday. I go on xc rides near my house 3-4 times a week. I also drive out to santa cruz or pacifica or oakland to ride my dh bike once or twice a week. I try to go to the Bmx track at least once a week and i also love to go dirt jumping at all the local spots.

What do you want to be when you grow up?

Well everybody wants to be a professional athlete, so i hope i can learn to ride at a level to compete with the best in the world. Im also going to school though to become a paramedic and a firefighter.
