Well the season is coming to an end.  There are only a couple of more races that i'll be attending.  Now the time is here to lose more weight and get ready for my coming out party next year.  I have learned so much from riding with my team and now the time has come to take all of those tools and build the new me!

Now who would have thought that weight loss an effieciency work hand in hand?  Wow it's F'in amazing!! Last month I lost ten pounds now im gonna challenge my self to lose 15 more!  Problem is that i used to play college footbal so i have that "football player frame".  But I know i can do it i am damned determined!!!
