That may be a question that you have been asking yourselves if you read my blogs at all.  Well the answer is training!  AFter Fayetteville i learned that there is no point to go race if your going to settle for mediocracy!  One everything comes out of my pocket and the sport is not cheap by far!  Two lately i have been settling for a mid field or a top 20 finish, not anymore, i work too hard and suffer too much to just settle!  So therefore i have decided that increasing my fitness and strength is more important that just "surviving" a road race.  I hope others understand what i am saying and maybe take these words into consideration whenever they are preparing for thier next event.  Anyone can pay a fee and hop on a bike and ride it for 3-4hrs but it takes someone more dedicated to want to win!
