What inspires you to compete?
I`m competitive. I almost always ride the best when I have people better than me around. Since day one on my bike, I`ve played BMX and RIDE, stuff like that. Competitions push you to your actual level of riding.
Some Personal Information About Me:
I`m 19, engaged, and love to ride my bike. I`ve been hurt this past year with both a broken ankel and a torn ACL. I`m currently recovering from knee surgery where I had my ACL replaced.
Music?
I`m really into punk music and I`m heaviely influenced by it. I start a zine a few months ago because I`ve been involved with a few local punk zine`s and decided the local bike riding scene needed something like that.
How's Life Treating You?
Life`s hard. I`ve recently moved out of my parents house and took on the responsibilities of the real world. I`m engaged, in school full time, work at least 45 hours a week (seasonal job), ride, run a website and team, and work on two different zines. I`m busy but I love the challenges I`ve put in front of myself.
Do you like to travel? What's your best (clean) road trip story?
I love traveling. My favorite trip would have to be the first time I went to Chenga World. My friend Josh and I went up to a comp a few years ago at Chenga World. We got there in the middle of the day and decided to go to Chenga 2 and ride then head over to Chenga 1 for the pro comp. We got there right as they were giving out prizes and were stuck in the parking lot for three hours waiting for Josh`s mom to come pick us up. The next day we road Chenga and that place will forever be one of the funnest places I`ve ever ridin.
