Triathlon

I began swimming competively in 1990. 1999-2003 I competed for Gainesville High School in Swimming and Cross-Country.  2003-2007 I competed for the University of Florida Swimming and Diving Team.  Earning All-American Status, I competed in 4 Conference Championships, and 4 NCAA Championships.  I was also a 4x SEC Academic Honor Roll Recipient. I competed in the 2004 Olympic Trials, and have qualified for the 2008 Olympic Trials.

In 1995, I began competing in Triathlons.  In '95 I won my first international race at the Pan American Championships, and defended my title in '96.  At the age of 15 I was the youngest competitor in the ITU World Triathlon Championships in Perth, Australia. A year later, in 2001, I won my fist World Championship. After winning the World Championships, I put my triathlon career on hold to compete for the University of Florida.  Now that I have completed my NCAA eligiblity I am exciting to start competing in Triathlon full time!
