Overview

How I got started

I grew up watching the likes of Rick Johnson, Jeff Ward and Bob Hannah battle it out every weekend on TV. Several years later, in 2001, I finally got the chance to compete in motocross. Now, seven years later I still have the same compassion and drive for the sport that I had when I started.

Goals for the Future

1. Have Fun!!!!!!
2.Represent my sponsors and sport to the best of my abillity
3.Qualify and compete at Loretta Lynn`s.
4.Race and ride as much as possible.
5.Travel more and attend larger races.

Bio

Why do you like this sport?

I like the sport of motocross because of the people that are involved in the sport. I have been around many other types of racing with my parents, as a child, and none of them were as family oriented as motocross.

Competitive Highlights

2001 I won the Mid-South Amateur Championships in the Beginner Class
2002 Purchased 2002 Husky CR 125 on the Husky support program
2002 I qualified and attended the GNC at Ponca City in the 125 C Mod Class. I pulled the holeshot in moto 1 but a first turn crash left me with several broken spokes and very sore ribs. However I managed to finish both motos and had a great week even though I didn`t make it to the run-off.
2002 I won the 125 and 250 C class championships in the TN State Stadiacross Championship Series. I pulled many of the holeshots in both classes throughout the series.
2003 moved into the B class. Purchased a new 2003 YZ125. Raced qualifiers for Lorretta`s.
2004 Placed 17th at an area qualifier.
250B class champ in the King of the Hill Series
2005 1st overall in the Mid America Arenacross series in the Open B class.
Raced a regional qualifier at Red Bud.

2006 Moved to the A class.
