Hi Matt,
Thanks...were you there? It was an impromptu race for me...had a brick planned and decided to ride to the race. Ran well this weekend at the 10 miler so my running is going surprisingly well. My summer schedule will include Seahorse tri in K-zoo, Riverbank run 25k, Escape from Alacatraz, Grand Haven Tri, Stealhead Tri and then some cyling racing and running in between. Hope all is well.
