How long have you raced for?
I raced my first race at age 9. I will be 16 in my 2009 racing season. So this will be my 7th season.
What class do you race in?
I started in the Junior Hydroplane class my first year. I now race in three of the adult classes.
"A" hydroplane,"A" Runabout, "A" Marathon
What is your favorite class you race?
The marathon class. I like the longer time I get to race.The conditions are more challenging. At the marathon nationals we are racing 42 miles each day for 2 days. Awesome time!
How hard is the equipment upkeep?
Well,my dad I do all the upkeep on the equipment ourselves. For the most part we do it all. You have to keep everything in good condition to win.
What planes do you have for your racing future?
I hope to keep stepping up in the adult classes and competing in the faster classes as my driving skills improve. I am looking forward to my first adult class compitition in 2008.
