My name is Andrew J Coomes, and I am an amateur drift racer. I now drive a 1991 Nissan 240SX with over 300whp, and I participate in various drift events in the Northwest. Unfortunately this site is not yet large enough to have many of the local events listed, so I will try to post all the events I drive in here.

Last year I drove in 21 events; 14 drift events, 6 autocrosses and 1 rallycross. This year I will be focusing more on drifting, with even more events than last year's total!

One of the many exciting things about this season is that I will be competing in the 2009 Evergreen Drift series alongside my "drift bro" Chris Herinckx! I competed in one event from the series last year, placing 32nd out of 49 with a broken car and very difficult setup. This year should prove much more rewarding, as my new car is MUCH better, and I have learned a lot since then.
