Why do you compete?
I compete because I just love the feel of winning and the all of the hard work that goes behind a good race. The competition also inspires me to work harder, train harder and put in that little extra to do better next time.
Why do you like this sport?
I love the sport because it gives me something positive to look forward to and gives me something to work hard at and have goals in.
Describe your style...
I think my style is agressive but also very thought out. I like to think of good passes and the fastest way through the track instead of just stuffing everyone in the corners.
Do you train? What does your schedule look like?
Yes, I usually train a few days in the gym mostly cardio and endurance stuff. Also I run when Im at home and before a race to get the blood flowing.
Music?
I listen to lots of music. From rock to rap basically. But when it comes race day I seem to listen to music that pumps me up like Underoath and things like that.
