Do you train? What does your schedule look like?
Yes, I "train" everyday. But before I train, I make sure my school work gets done right. My school work comes first and I won't allow myself to have a relaxed skate session without doing it. The definition of "train" to me is not work my butt off and force myself to skate. My training is getting warmed up first, then having a relaxed skate session. Before I try anything new, I land most of the tricks I know. Every day I do the basic tricks atleast 10 times so I don't "forget" them.
What do you want to be when you grow up?
When I grow up, I want to have kids and a wife. I want to be a pro skater, filmer, editor, or an architect.
Why do you like this sport?
I see the world different than everyone else. Imagine a city street, sidewalks and curbs. Think of the benches there. Imagine steps and handrails. To most people it is just a regular street, but to me it is home. It is my playground. I see thousands of possibilities. I am a skateboarder-Erik Isbrandt
