Q&A
Other than riding what do you do to prepare yourself for racing?
I train a minimum of five times a week. I strength train every week day, training a different muscle group each day. I road bike or stationary bike a minimum of fifteen miles at least five times a week.
When you riding what is your normal routine?
When I am riding i do a minimum of two 30 minute motos. After my motos i will either play ride or practice a turn or an obstacle that was giving me trouble during my motos.
On average how many times a week will you ride?
I try to ride a minimum of 3 times a week, when work is slow i will ride 4 plus times a week.
You mentioned in the previous question you work, are you completely self funded?
Yes I am completely self funded, it gets hard at times but my sponsors help me out a great deal.
So with all this riding, working and training, how do you find time to get everything in during the week?
Its hard but I do week in and week out, it leaves me limited free time but thats the sacrifice you have to make to be involved in this sport.
