So it's July 20th and I am enjoying my little break from racing.. I have almost 3 weeks until my next race.. Finally got the ski running.. Had to replace the ignition.. Got it running for the June race but it died on the second day of racing.. Managed to milk it through the day on Sunday just to get my points.. Ended up missing Rochester, NY race but it gave me the chance to really go through the ski and get it running right.
Got the ignition in Friday and did some tuning on it yesterday.. Needs a few more tweaks but its getting there..
As for my season so far.. I am in 3rd in the region which is pretty good since I missed 4 rounds due to either work or the ski being broken.. So all in all I am having a successful season.. Will update as the next race gets closer!!
Thanks for reading!!

It's June 26th. Supposed to race this Sat and Sun but as of today my ski is stil broken and I'm waiting on the machine shop to finish up the parts. Praying that they come today which gives me plenty of time to get things finished up.. Will update again as soon as I know whats going on!!
Last time I raced was in May at Seaside Heights, NJ. Had a very successful weekend finishing in 1st 3 times and 2nd once. Missed the race in Syracuse because I had to work for the weekend unfortunately.

Well it's February and things are really getting close.. The ski is off to the motor shop next week. Waiting on some decals still but as soon as the ski comes back from the shop it will go get stickered. I am planning on racing at all the region 8 races and as many of the National Tour stops that I can get to. Looking at my schedule I should be on the water representing all my great sponsors every weekend from May until October..
I will update soon with finished pics of the ski !!!!
Good luck to everyone this season!!

Well the holidays are almost over and so begins the daunting task of getting a jet ski ready to race!! The motor should be out by next weekend ( assuming I get the chance to get it out this week). I should be on the phone ordering all the decals and new numbers also by the end of next week. Once the motor is out and off to Michigan to be rebuilt I'll send the hull out to the decalers to be done. Hope to be able to post pics here soon!!

No one ever said it was easy so don't expect it to be.
No one is immune to everyday problems
Sometimes, you have to perform at your best when your feeling your worst.
Block the hurt, the pain the sickness out of your head for the short time you must perform.
Shape up, get it together because excuses don't count.
Nobody cares if you are hurt or sick; you either do the job or you don't.
There are times when you might rather be elsewhere, but face up to the challenge at hand.
No matter what has happened, you must win the mental battle.
You must force yourself to remain confident, enthusiastic and positive.
You must force yourself to work harder even when you are sick, hurt, sad or troubled.
That is mental toughness.
Life is easy when the going is good.
Mental toughness comes into play when the going gets bad.
Never let your opponent know your weakness, because then he or she can take advantage of it.
The fighter automatically goes for the cut eye, the bloody nose..
Mental toughness is also the ability to keep after a goal, and keep going full throttle after that goal, even in the face of adversity.
One of the oldest and most common locker room signs is this:
" When the going gets tough the tough get going"
BELIEVE IT!
