Why do you like this sport?
Skateboarding has been my life since the day i got my first walmart board with abec 1 bearings and red plastic trucks. I have been active with the sport everyday except when it rains, and then i'm inside playing Tony Hawk's Pro Skater.
Music?
I mostly like rap when i'm skateboarding, because when you have a good beat on, you're also feeling a strong vibe inside at the same time. When i'm trying something big or something that i may f**k up on i have hard rock or metal blarring in my ears and i have the energy i need to succeed.
What inspires you to compete?
I personally don't like competing too much because all the pressure on me usually makes me mess up on the most on lock and basic tricks. But, with skateboarding there is always the pressure of bails, friends, and police on you everyday.
Describe your style...
My style over the years has been molded into big gaps and overall strong vibe of tranny tricks. I always enjoy throwing in a tailside or fs boneless in my session. Plus, i really have no fear of getting hurt, i just put that behind me and i just move on with the fear behing me.

Some Personal Information About Me:
Yeah i'm a 100% Lithuanian,(if you don't know what that is, it's a country in Eastern Europe.) I found out that Natas Kaupas was also a famous Lithuanian skateboarder.

Yea anyway they hate him because he's so succesful - they're just jealous of him.
and Ur 15, that's 5 whole years older than me, that's 5 times as long as i've even been skating to date, and half as long as i've even been alive! - so i'd expect u to be able to do more than me - A LOT MORE. I don't think you comparing yourself to me is really a fair comparison for that reason.
Seeing as you "just like to be honest" how about honestly telling me what you could do on a skatebooard when u were 10.
What will i be able to do when i'm your age? - who knows maybe i'll have busted my neck and won't be able to even walk never mind skate.
Maybe your 7 yr old will have become world famous by then (if so good for him), or maybe he'll have turned to snowboarding or soccer or math!
If "if's" and "buts" were candy and nuts we'd all have a merry christmas!
The point is i KNOW there are some people out there my age and even younger especially in the US who are better than me (some of them are actually my friends in here).
But they're not really who i'm up against since they aren't going to be in my UK based comps are they? Plus, just because they're better than me doesn't make me rubbish; i am still good for my age and i'm getting better all the time.
It's fine to be honest but i think you need to keep things in perspective.

let's be honest - Ryan Sheckler is probably the most famous and wealthy young skater at the moment... but i see loads of other skaters doin stuff that's as good or better yet they don't earn a fraction of what he does and most people don't even know their name.
It ain't just about how good u are - it's a whole package thing that the advertising boys are looking for. Sheckler's really good and he has the looks the girls go for and he got himself on TV and in the media by promoting himself.
We can all learn from him ;) |

#1 i'm not american and the standard over here in the UK is not as high
cause people don;t tend to start so youg and we don't have the outdoor
parks or the weather to practice as much for free. So over here i
hardly ever meet anyone my age or younger who's as good as me.
#2 I have a very professional promotional support team who make sure
people see what i'm doing. My videos are really slick. If u wanna get
noticed u gotta let people know u exist
that's why i'm getting noticed and not ur friend - that's life! |
